Bleed not viable for pvp?

Is bleed purely pve? Since i can only do 3-4% per hit -1 per turn

Hi everybody, i just finished the main storyline and now doing the side quests, i really dunno much about the game so i just upgrade the bloodline in the way that i think its cool ( max HP and DMG), i have some questions:

What is a good items set for slashing, im using a legendary greatsword of lightning and a legendary blade of fury i got from the hut cause sava f*cked me up and i needed a big dmg :<
Where can i farm gold, if the biggest dmg and can deal with godlike rng from backstabs is around 3k?
Should i reset the bloodline ( there are pictures of mine now )

Shard Chest Refill?

When do chests with dark shards get refilled? Or do they stay empty when opened once?
