How does Havel's "increased weight gives increased stun chance" apply or scale with armor weight? Is the 10% applied on your total weight? For example, 10% of your 40unit weight would be 4%increased stun chance; Or is it 10% increased stun chance at all times? Thanks [link] [comments] |
