Vampire's Fall: Origins Pitiful hemorrhage?

Pitiful hemorrhage? Posted: 08 Jul 2020 02:06 AM PDT Just used the legendary ability hemorrhage for the first time, and it appears to do a flat 1 damage every action. Is this a bug or am I missing something - has anyone used it effectively? submitted by /u/Dragar78 [link] [comments]
