Vampire's Fall: Origins Advice

So I have bought the best gear for my build. but I bought them in the first rebirth as I didn't know there where rebirths and I barely have enough bloodstones to augment my weapon, so my question is if I could sell some of my items and rebuy them to get them the new augments or if am fucked and just need to get bloodstones from bloodmoon and crafting.
