Fortify/Fracture Posted: 08 Jun 2021 04:12 AM PDT Can someone please explain to me what, exactly; Fortify/Fracture does ? I've used them several times in various battles, but fail to see them actually do anything. Are they broken, or just buffing something I'm unaware of ?
